Slide Decks in PowerPoint

My organization has our slide decks completed in PowerPoint. I'd like to upload the presentation as a PPTX, not as a PDF but I don't see the option. On the flipside, if I'm in PPT and then click the add on StreamAlive, it is just a link on a slide that you click to go to StreamAlive. With Aha slides, it embeds into the slide deck. Any suggestions?
